Would you like to take part in a scientific study that will help to support the growth of a diverse workforce in medicines manufacturing? The medicines manufacturing sector is facing a severe workforce shortage. We need to address this skills shortage so that we can make new medicines such as cell and gene therapies, and be ready for future pandemics. We are recruiting participants to our study that will examine the effects of VR/MR on learning and competency for jobs in the pharmaceutical industry. The study will take up to 3 hours and at the end of the study you will be provided with a certificate of participation.
RESILIENCE creates and delivers training courses for the UK medicines manufacturing community, including industry, NHS and education providers, engaging with end users to ensure training adapts to keep pace with evolving technology.
The study aims to investigate how virtual reality (VR) and mixed reality (MR) can improve learning and competency for roles in the pharmaceutical industry, helping address the sector’s current workforce and skills shortage.
Anyone interested in developing skills, exploring VR/MR for learning, or contributing to research that supports building a diverse medicines manufacturing workforce is welcome to participate. You get Free Pizza, Tea and Coffee plus a Certificate of Completion!
